If you are thinking about relocating to the Salt Lake City area and are researching about the air quality I have some links that might help. I moved to the SLC area without knowing how dire the air quality could get during the inversion season (winter). I became very ill for 5 months due to the air quality. I am trying to help those who want information so that they don't make the same mistake of moving to a place that is very complacent about the issue.

This would give the Division of Environmental Quality DOUBLE the time currently available to prosecute!

This piece of legislation, SB49 increases the statute of limitations from one to two years, after the date of the infraction, for companies that knowingly violate their air quality permits.
