Real Estate agent referral problem

Out of state real estate agents are allowed to referral fees in any state. I would. It be surprised to find out that is the source of most referrals.

I agree with you.
Of course I know this. Seller pays x regardless. However I maintain that relative is greedy for wanting a cut. If one of my out of state relatives had a real estate question I'd happily help them without expecting payback.
