Spine has been hurting for 3 months now sometimes even when my shirt touches it.. No one would belive me there was nothing to see. Now a week ago there is a hard lump on my upper spine. I also have red rash on arms and legs. Wondering what could it be

Now there is a lump took a blood test it isn't an infection
Very painful. Started breaking out also with red spots all over my body. Does anyone know anything about this.
