I’ve been a Site Manager for a self storage facility under a management company but before I became the manager at one location, I would cover at several locations, with some being only self storage and some being a mix of both storage and RV parking. I’m not sure what questions you have but if you want to ask - I will answer to the best of my knowledge- we have sites in Texas , but as a general rule of thumb, we have our out of state facilities follow Calif laws because Calif is the strictest regarding this subject.
