Time for a NEW Attitude

All this mindfullness has made me aware that I've been spending too much time in my head, "navel-gazing" and dwelling on what I don't have in my life, at present.
Bottom line: I've got too many good things going in my life to take time for that nonsense.
Praise God, Allah, Brahman, or whatever you want to call our Source.
Bottom line: I've got too many good things going in my life to take time for that nonsense.
- I'm healthy, in spite of my age and weight; no prescriptions, and other than troubles with my lower half, I am in great shape.
- I've got a great husband that loves me and is willing to accommodate my shenanigans to a point.
- I've got enough material wealth to mostly support this great journey.
- I've got an inkling of my spiritual needs, and the means to pursue them.
Praise God, Allah, Brahman, or whatever you want to call our Source.

You truly have it all!
As humans, we tend to suffer frequently from "OH Poor Me Days". That's OK, Eat some Ice Cream and wake up tomorrow and thank God about all the positive things in your life, expecially your husband who you say loves you unconditionally even if he doesn't indulge you every minute of the day because he is just a man and would never understand that you want that. If you can recognize his attention, and that he is doing the best he can you will be truly blessed.Posted 08-03-2009 at 11:29 PM by yukiko11
