Hi there,
I am actively looking for a job in Texas. I am from the Windy City - Chicago. I work for a prestigious company and have an extensive professional background. If I can please get some suggestions and direction on what City is an ideal place to look for career opportunities. I want to move to an ideal City in Texas .
I am a single black female in my forties and I want to move where there is diversity, class and have professional black people. I want to live in an area with great entertainment and plenty to do.
Sincerely,
Starr

I'm in Los Angeles currently and my wife and I have on child and another on the way. We live in a nice home in a So-So neighborhood: our house is 5 years old, 1900 SF and costs us $3200 a month! We both make good money but can't seem to save much due to the high cost of living here. I own a sailboat and love the water, which I know I would miss terribly. We just can't seem to find a balance here in LA. Everything is damned expensive and frankly not that nice for what you get. I've lived here 12 years now, from Illinois originally and lived in Texas for almost a year in the service years ago. We're contemplating a move to the Dallas area, considering we've seen nice homes for under $100K. Can anyone give us some more reasons WHY we would move or what we might love about the Dallas area?
