Sarah: TODD!!!
Todd: Yea babe?
Sarah: Oh those socialist media elites are at it again!
Todd: What happened now?
Sarah: This fella, Juan Williams was fired from NPR for tellin' people he's afraid to be on an airplane if someone is dressed like a Mulsim!
Sarah: How dare they??? And I'm so happy, he's now at home at Fox News! And I welcome him with open arms!
Todd: How does a Muslim dress?
Sarah: What?
Todd: Well, if he's afraid because of how someone is dressed ... wonder what he means?
Sarah: Well, you know, they wear Muslim clothes
Todd: Like what?
Sarah: Well ..
Todd: Just askin' a question babe.
Sarah: I'm sure the 9-11 terrorists were wearin' Muslim clothes
Todd: I don't know ... the surveillance tapes show them dressed like any fellow traveller
Sarah: Oh I don't know about that Todd. I'm sure they were dressed like terrorists
Todd: Seriously huh? What person would get on a plane with someone who is dressed like a terrorist?
Sarah: Well ... we need to defund NPR .. no taxpayer money to them! You betcha!
Todd: How much do we, as taxpayers give them now?
Sarah: What?
Todd: Are we talking about a lot of money? everytime I see a show on PBS, they list a whole bunch of corporate and family donors ... McArthur Foundation, viewers like you ...
Sarah: Well ... wait ... Todd! Who's side are you on?
Todd: Hey babe, I like Car Talk!

These days we are either making a mole hill into a mountain or we are just plain confused about every thing.
I think Juan should be able to say what he want, but I DON'T think he should have felt that way in the place place. Him having fear simply because of the way someone
was/is dressed is so asinine or so childish. He should have more fear for someone dressed halloweenish.
I saw it when he first said he would be afraid if someone was on the plane dresses like a muslim and I cringed...even shouted at the tv, "ah, c'mon Juan!" Wonder why no one ever mentions TIMOTHY McVEIGH. Suppose the rest of the world would fear being with around us because we dress like Timothy.Posted 10-22-2010 at 11:25 PM by khaida
