Septa hiring or not

This is my first blog ever, and I hope it has value to others who have experienced the same problems with septa that I have.
I applied for the position of bus operator last summer. At first I was told tjat did not have the necessary skills needed, or that application was one among thousands. So I got a CDL which is requirered when I tried again for the positionI was told by a Mr. Wyman that since septa receieves over a thousand resumes a day that my application was denied.
Though I never got any paperwork stating that I eventualy spoke to his supervisor a Ms. Flower who
told me the same pack of lies.
After speaking to her and Mr. Wymam twice I went above her head and spoke to her supervisor a Mr. Armstrong. Upon reading my resume he determined that I had the qualifications for the job. He saw to it I got tested and I passed as wells the background check.
When it came time for the interview portion Ms, Flowers stated to me after calimg several times to setup an appointment she was not going to answer the phone. Did so by accident otherwise I would never have gotten interviewed which I did pass, but was sent a letter unsigned stating others had been selected.
Which was ok as the interviewer stated I would more than likely in the following class. When I called Ms. Flower she simply said I did not qualify for the class and I would have to reapply in two years.
The reason I write this blog for a forum of others who have gone through what I have do comment and share your septa hiring experience.

Yes the process is very long, but it will all be worth it at the end (saying that keeps me motivated). I also took the test back in April (passed) interviewed in May (passed) background came back in June, but it was sent to the legal department and hasn't come back yet, so that's what I'm waiting for to be able to move forward with the drug test and hopefully a offer. I have talk to a Ms. Crane who seems very nice and said the legal department take a bit long, but she thinks I would be just fine and boy was I soooo happy to hear that.
