well now, I have NO idea how I found this site. I was online looking for a good recipe for madness and ..... bing.....here I am. lol
There are a few other sites that have this same format. Ya know, with the blogs and forums. One is a sober recovery site, the other is a prison talk site. I was members of both. lol :
I was going to start my little thing here off with politics, the election bulls*it. But I changed my mind.
Since this is my first entry I think I will tell anyone who is reading this who I am.
So,
Im a female, in my 40's. I grew up in Cincinnati Ohio till the age of 13, then my parents moved us to Las Vegas.
When I grew up.... I should say when I turned 21 I started working as a cocktail waitress in the casinos. I did that for a few years and I got burned out. I quit and went behind the bar in local bars. (bartender)
Hence, the sober recovery website. lol
(Any good bartender is usually an alcoholic. Its dam near a job prerequisite for the job. And totally expected of you while working. At least it is in Vegas. I got VERY good at it.)
Im not working right now. Not because of the economy. But because I dont drink anymore. Its not that Im afraid I will drink if I tend bar, its more that I hate being around people when their drinking alot. They get on my nerves.
And it shows.
So, Im kinda in limbo right now. Thinking about what I want to be when I grow up. still.
Thinking about going to school.
Will probably end up going back to work in a bar.
Thats about it for me. For now.
Like I said, I was going to post about politics and the election but ...... Im not in the mood to argue with anyone. (assuming anyone even reads this) I'll leave that for a day I forget to take my prozac. :D jus kiddin, I dont take prozac.
But I know someone who does and if he forgets it for a few days ..... he's a fu**ing a**hole. :tape:

Somebody Cares
When that was your career to drink and make drinks it's ok but me too. once you stop drinking and somebody else is just drunk as hell it get's on your nerves. I'm from an alcoholic family which drinking came naturally. But I don't know if you and a friend could clean homes. I did all by myself since was 13 till the age 45 when I got in car accident and found out I had MS. But that's good money. Or you just said you were going to go surfing, can you teach people how to surf? I don't know how. You did your time, everybody else just didn't get caught. There are plenty of old people that can use you too fix things, do stuff around there house that they can't. My dad does that because they need the money and he needs the help. I know your arrest made a big dent in your application of things. But be truthful like now explain and everybody should be willing to understand.
