The City Of Philadelphia Allows Neighbor Harassment

Although I am not the only one in the world who has neighbors that have no lives and stalk and eavesdrop, this is ridiculous. They tell you to follow proper procedure, like calling your landlord, police, community relations, human relations, lawyers etc. No one seem to care because they donot have female obsessed neighbors that you hear directly above you that follow you even in the shower and tap on the walls all over the house when you talk with your man in your bedroom they stomp around the house and have the audacity to ask you to turn your music down to allow them to know your whereabouts. The city claims its criminal harassment but there are no lawyers to handle the case.

You know I thought I was the only one with complaint. Four years being harassed, threaten, called all types of foul names. Been everywhere I was told to go and file complaints but still no help. Philadelphia cops as well as courts make these bullies accountable for their actions. Don't wait till someone is so stressed out from being bullied by their neighbor that they snap and then say well why didn't you call the cops or filed complaint. Been there done that. Even paid attorney to send neighbor and her mother who is owner of the house letter to stop harassment or I will sue but *******s still with their ****.
