HOUSE
- We're worried about being too far out from downtown.
- Old houses - bug and ant problems
- 2b/2b 1000-1500 sf
- Does Austin have detached cottages (from the main house)
CONDO
- are new constructions better than old ones?
- in NYC it's a trade off (pre-war has better bones if upgraded) and (new construction has amenities - gym, pool, etc)
- 1 or 2b
- is parking an issue in condo complexes?
Our budget is $1,500 - $2,500
We would like to have at least 1000 square feet.
I know everyone is warning about the traffic. My husband will be leaving super early in the morning and coming back late at night. It may not be the biggest issue, but just to be on the safe site no more than 20 minutes to the airport.
