Information on Tennessee

Posted 10-27-2008 at 11:41 AM by dandai70364

I would like to get information about moving to Tennessee. I am currently seeking a Bachelors in Human Resource Management and I have one year of school left. I'm looking to move from Louisiana and I'm considering Tennessee. I also have a child and would like some feedback on what areas I can focus on with good employment, schooling, and living conditions for a single mother.:think::think:

Lots of jobs in Nashville. I personally like the mountains and prefer to be out of "tornado alley" if you know what I mean.

Knoxville is nice too. You can try that area. Plus there is Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg just a half hour or so where you can take your child. There is the Aquarium in Gatlingburg and Dollywood (theme park) in Pigeon Forge. Plus the Smokey mountain stuff.

    Hope this helps.

After reading blogs on this site, we decided to purchase our seasonal property in Tennessee (Dandridge, just outside Knoxville). Loving it.
