FEMA Public Assistance Technical Assistance Contractor Frank Lockridge(L), County Water and Sewer Authority Project Engineer Kathy Macias, and FEMA Public Assistance Coordinator Pressly Beaver are inspecting a breach area of the Dog River Reservoir Dam which failed during recent severe storms and flooding.
