FEMA Public Assistance Coordinator Pressly Beaver confers with Douglas County Water and Sewer Authority Project Engineer Kathy Macias at the spillway of the Dog River Dam. Most of the County water supply is contained in this reservoir, the dam was compromised by overflow from the September severe storms, and FEMA Public Assistance funds have been requested to pay a portion of the repair.
