Stopped here, just flurries.. This is how you figure out what the ratio is.
2 inches of snow melted into 0.20" liquid which means it was a 10:1 Ratio snow.
Pretty normal for near the coast. If the storm was dropping 1 inch of liquid this would have been 10inches of snow.
