Hi there. I want just to report an error message I'm getting when zooming, manipulating or changing the data criteria of the maps.
Captura de pantalla 2017-09-14 a la(s) 13.51.08.png

The error message asks me to reload the page.

I'm using Chrome v. 60.0.3112.113 (Build oficial) (64 bits) on Mac OS X 10.12.6 Hope this information can be useful to deal with this problem Thanks in advance!

Cool Technical Error on CityData map

Error while loading[parsererror]. Please reload the page. is the message I keep getting on the bottom of the map in highlighted red when I try to navigate the CityData map. I used to play with the map for hours on end but now can't even pan the map or change the map information without it coming up with this error. Anyone know what is going on? I tried changing browsers but it still will not help.

If you’re speaking of the interactive data map at the very top of the C-D homepage, I don’t find any issues with using it. I’m logged into CityData forums which might work differently than if not signed in, but things seem to be ok. I’m using windows7 and FireFox. I know it’s a little different when I’m on the other operating systems like the Ipad OSI or the tablet.

Occasionally it will work for me (Windows 10, Firefox browser) but most of the time it won't.

Have tried both Microsoft browsers, Chrome, and Safari but none do any better than Firefox.

Websearch for parser error in CartoDB gives results that are too technical for me to fathom!

Really no worries though, since have rarely made use of the map on the main City-Data site.

Yes, it hasn't worked as it should for me for a long time.

For those of you who have said it works for you, have you tried zooming in? That's where the problem is....yes, it loads fine, but becomes useless when you zoom. And it is of little use without zooming.
