I have been having problems with the attempt to logon timing out. Both with Windows and my Android phone and tablets. Sometimes I can't log on for a few hours, one time for two days. Then it goes back to normal for a while, such as right now.

It only happens with city-data.com. No other Websites.

I have Spectrum Internet. Could it be some sort of a routing problem?
