Please forgive me if I'm doing this the wrong way but I'm fairly new to this forum and I don't know my way around yet. I'm trying to find out who the administrator is for City-Data.com in order for me to privately send a message regarding a complaint. I don't necessarily want to post this complaint for the world to see. I just want to know if it can be taken cared of. Please let me know who and how I can reach someone who is in charge of this system. Thank you.
If your complaint is about a post by a specific poster, click on the exclamation point in the red and white triangle at the upper right hand corner of the dialog box. That will go to a moderator. There is a space to be more specific about what you dislike about the post.
I clicked on the exclamation point above your original post and advised you need assistance.
Also did that (clicked on the ! and wrote my concern/complaint). But I haven't heard anything from the moderator, that's why I want to take it to the next level.

Smiitghsonian, if you haven't heard from the forum's assigned moderator in 3 days time, follow the instructions in that thread recommended by bs13690 and send a Direct Message with the details of your complaint to either of the Senior Moderators.
