What are the titles below user names?

On the boards I've seen member have 'member' 'junior member' and 'senior member' below their names, I was wondering, What do they mean and how do you achieve a specific 'member', because I've been here a month and I'm already a senior member.

It changes based on the number of posts you accumulate.

Once you have a certain number of posts you can edit it to say whatever you would like (well you know, within the TOS).

Once a poster has 100 posts on this forum, they become a "Senior Member."
