Were you advertising or warned about something else? I'm sure a mod will look into it for you. I can't PM you either, so it's probably something in your settings. Click "My Settings" in the top blue bar to fix this.
We've been making some changes to who can use PM... Right now you need at least 10 rep points, 1 post, and be registered for at least one day. I'll add a second possibility that should work for you (at least 5 posts and 2 days on the forum).
