I won't lie. If I'm in Ghana, I would probably eat at the hole in the wall "chop shops" over some of those restaurants. But that's how I operate anywhere I go.
i see. as im going to raffle out a house next year for free, and its a "bit" more than 20k i will have to make sure that win and sell off wont work. Because that is not the intention i have with what im doing.
Still apreciating further opinions.
Thank you for sharing. Ii did see the youtube clip and another clip of the estate you are building. Well done and it is great you are doing great work in that part of the country that is far from Acara.
Im curious if you would move to ghana in the case you would win an estates house? Or if you would only consider it as vacation home.
Thanks.
No problem for me. But our home here is paid for, so it's really just an academic exercise.
I would use it as a base and live there while I visit the many places in the African continent that are of interest to me.
I'd stay as long as I was happy there.
No way would I have a place over there. Third world isn't for me and the violence in that country is nuts. Nope. You can have it.
What do you mean? Ghana has a significantly lower crime rate--to include homicide rate--than the US.
