Tidewater Oil Company near Clinton, Franklin Twsp, OH (Akron, Barberton: insurance, house)

In the first half of the twentieth century the Tidewater Oil Company operated an oil pumping station near Clinton, Ohio. There would have been a building housing the pumps, a two story duplex house for the two ranking employees, and probably several very large oil storage tanks. I am trying to find where in Franklin Township this complex was located. The company's operations there probably ceased sometime after 1960, perhaps earlier, and I suspect the pump house and the tanks were dismantled and removed from the site. It is possible that the house was spared. Any help in finding where this complex was located would be greatly appreciated. My grandfather worked there and his family, including my mother, lived in the duplex. She graduated from Barberton HS about 1926. Again, thanks for any information.

Akron City Directories are online via the library although I don't know if something that far out is included. You could also try searching the Sanborn insurance maps, also available online via the library.
