Hi, I'm new. Looking for advise on relocating hopefully to the portage lakes area. Not really sure how to begin and not having alot of luck finding rentals in that area. I don't feel the internet is totally helpful in that area. Any suggestions?? I moved from this area 12 years ago almost 500 miles away and regretted every minute.

Portage Lakes is a great area. The only thing you need to watch when renting a house, is parking. The space is soooo tight that you can park only one car. Other than that, it's a really awesome place.

portage lakes is a fun place in the summer (if the sun shines), there are apt complexes on n.turkeyfoot rd and the corner of main and rt 619. plenty of homes privately owned for rent also.
