These large schools are big rivals in the state of Alabama. They have some of best college and education programs which results in their positive reputation. They also take part in the Iron Bowl, which is one of the biggest college games played. If you had the choice to pick which college is better in education and sports, which one would you choose and why did you choose it?

ROLL TIDE. I'm a student at UA, so obviously I'm gonna go in the direction of Bama. I'm in the marching band too, so I'm at every game

I'm with the TIDE, but we need to do something about our basketball team.

AUBURN UNIVERSITY
Samuel Ginn School of Engineering. The best engineering school in the State and known nationally as a very good engineering school. And let's not forget the sports. It has got one of the best sports programs in the nation.

I'm a fan of Alabama (the most enjoyable six years I spent anywhere...at least until I retired in 1997). But I'm a big fan of Auburn as well. Both schools would be a great choice for anybody to attend. I'm proud we have these and so many other fine universities (such as Alabama A&M--Go Bulldogs!) in this state for our citizens to choose from.

Why don't (couldn't) Alabama and Auburn both wear their home jerseys for the games they play against each other regardless of what team is the home team? Red and blue jerseys wouldn't present a problem for the players. It would look cool.

UCLA and USC did this, stopped doing it, and are now doing it again for their games at the Rose Bowl (UCLA) or the mammoth Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum (USC).
