Is it wise to stake claim on some property or island in south east, Alaska? Be into hire for about two years California & Alaska builders undertake dramatic coastal large estate home with large ocean safety picture windows. Off Grid electric power self contained. Long boat dock with sea plane. Indoor rock waterfall solar heat swimming pool with view of mountains & inside passage. 12 suite bedroom estate home. Since I would be occupied with the other homes and so fourth. I can utilize this estate as a back drop to friends gathering around and enjoying the great outdoors of Alaska. Build & property budget 26 million. It would be so cool having builders on same project for two three years earning salary income building the Alaska estate home. I would have to think through the blue prints. I know having a estate home on costal waters in Alaska. The estate will not last long. Due to harsh weather conditions. At least give hard working individuals jobs. I would have them also produce estate home brochure & web site for rental of the estate.
My scheme would be to design and build a bunch of quirky little vacation rentals in the coolest sites I could find: like a really steep lot, or one with big boulders everywhere, or woven among the thickest stand of trees I can find ... even a treehouse, or on some tiny little rocky island like the ones around Sitka. You fly or boat in, or there's a little walk through the forest, or maybe you take a zipline from your garage up on a hill! Each would be less a house than an experience in its own right: earth sheltered, or a tower among the trees; all bay windows, inglenooks, and sleeping lofts; huge timber beams everywhere, and flirting with the outdoors even in the dead of winter. My thinking is that people would be more interested in something really fun if they were only there briefly - ecotourists especially so I could also play around with "green" power and utilities - otherwise you'd have to find someone looking for an experience rather than just a house.
But that's what I'd like to do no matter where I end up.
Some of Bob's posts may or may not make 100% sense. I haven't decided if he's just thinking on a higher plane than I am, or chewing some good peyote.
I am coming up to two year grace period before age 50. I have been working very hard with covert ideas in Movies, Television, Music, Whole Computer Industry and so fourth since year 1963. Microsoft started to filter the process with SEC and down the road more corporations to fallow from before start up ideas from bob blockus. Two year grace period starts December 13. Media and net worth recognition. With all the ideas and corporations start up's could be net worth $800 Billion. It so happens that Bob likes Alaska and done good job working and living in Alaska four times. I do normal jobs at same time talking out ideas. We love the professional script people that molds Bob's sound bite ideas together.
Hey, brainstorm away Bob, if you have 100 crazy ideas, 99 of them don't fly, and that 100th one nets you a couple mil..... My grams would say "That there's good math"
