My buddy's bf guessed same day five hours later. It's closest to the time, right? They say it takes a week to tally the tickets and announce the winner. There's never been a winner on that day before. Maybe I should have been nicer to him.

No, it's still just rounded to the minute. At last count there was already 24 winners and they were still going through all the tickets. So $360K sounds great, but divided by 24 (so far) it's not going to be something that changes anyone's life.
