ADN was saying a lot of the trails are now open as enough snow has fallen? Are you still without snow?

As far as North Pole AK and Christmas... We are going to go after christmas to "experience it" and then drive back to Anchorage.

I stand corrected then. I heard the $220K thing on one of the local talk shows. If I were the mayor I would quit that job and become the city's attorney

Yes, and on top of that everything is more expensive than in Fairbanks. Gasoline alone costs around ten to fourteen cents more per gallon.

Ride cats all my life.. Bought the Pro after riding one. Other than a new top end every 1,000 miles or so she's sweeettt!

I really don't ride trails so we need steep and deep. With that said these old bones can't go quite as steep as they used to but I still love deep 😊

There are several small places and townships in Alaska interesting and attractive to live in. Yet, one should first adopt to cold climate and short and dark winter days, I guess...
