Hi,
I am looking for a way to make some fast cash before starting nursing school. I have heard a lot of talk about fishing jobs in Alaska. A friends told me he was able to save $30,000 working on a ship for 6 months. Another told me her sister worked as a cook and was able to save some money after just 3 months of working. If I found something I would be traveling from California. I need all the informations there is to know about these jobs including location, wages, and titles held. I wouldn't be going with much experience working in that type of field but I am a hard worker and I learn fast. Please let me know, it would be very helpful. Thank you in advance.

Foxy

You can get a job fishing? I never heard of that. I usually go fishing just for fun, it would be nice to get paid for it. I guess that happens in Alaska. I do know Alaska has a very large fishing industry.

WHAT???!! I'M MOVING TO ALASKA FOR 6 MONTHS!! lolol!! $260,000 per year for going fishin'?? GIMMME!!!!
(p.s. I'm being mildly sarcastic because I know that fishing on a fishing boat is not a relaxing job but really a grueling and very dangerous job. But still, for the salary of a to neurosurgeon or anesthesiologist, I'll take it any day! And no 10 years of medical school and no $200,000 in student loan debt!)

If fishing jobs were that easy to get, everyone would be doing it.... You either have to have lots of experience or know somebody.
