Want to move to Alaska, buy some cheap land, want to learn to trap and cure meats!! Someone willing to show the ropes, for trade of general labor?? Like to be in an erea were there's a general store for all goods but not a big city!! Any advice please write in a DM

Why Alaska over Maine? I work with a couple of people from Maine. Maine is much more affordable. Land that is useable is less expensive in Maine. Population is higher but not crazy. Cost of living is way less. Seriously why would you want to come up here?
