you can look up the Daily Sitka Sentinel on line and check classifieds out there. Beware of craigslist as there have been scams here regarding people actually "renting" a house out that is lived in. Be ready for a bit of sticker shock man, decent places here are a bit spendy! I know of one house that might be available; I know 2 different folks checked it out but don't know if its rented yet.

Yes. They'll set a container aside so you have a place to load. They'll also do less then container loads. I haven't used Samson but Lyden has a covered area where you can unload onto pallets. They'll shrink wrap it, measure it and then give you the costs. Get rid of as much stuff as you can before you move.

Wow Foxman, just met your wife! Showed her the house for the doc that owns it. Finding a place with a fenced yard and garage might be hard to come by unless you want to spend some big bucks. Gave her the rundown of the area. I wish you guys luck!
