Helllppp! I would like to move back down to Ketchikan, but I am having the hardest time finding available rentals for August/September 08. Obviously Craigslist hasnt really caught on there yet. Does anyone know of any rentals, or a site that I can go to besides Gateway/Remax/Allience realties. Thank you so much for anyone that replies.

Oh, BTW I need at least a 3 bed 2 bath, seeing as how I live with FOUR boys.....grrrrrr. A Woman needs her space!!!

You can check the Ketchikan Daily News website or Sitnews. Good luck. Something that large is going to cost you $1500 a month or more, at least.

Smile Have you tried Sitnews?

Sitnews.com

Everyone's got their prices hiked for the summer people---there'll be lots more available around mid-September.

The power goes out in Ketchikan all the time too.

I might know of a place... my grandparents are moving this summer. You'll have to pass a credit check, and I don't know when it's going to be open. But I'll get the details and let you know, I know it has an awsome view of the ocean.
