Yes...competent and very nice. It helps he has a background in construction, I know I'll never look at a house the same way.

He was very giggly - but then again, it may be a response to my husband and I.

He wasn't too giggly yesterday but then again we were dragging him all over the valley on Mother's Day. But in all seriousness, we were very pleased with all of his help and I expect he'll display the same competence in helping us get this thing closed ASAP.
