There were a few construction spots but nothing that was delayed more then 10 minutes on the Cassiar. If you've never driven it before the roughest section is between the Alcan junction and Dease Lake. Not many frost heaves just rough pavement. From Dease Lake south it's pretty smooth.

I thought it was interesting that the big washout around the Swift River on the Alcan doesn't look so big now. They have it narrowed to one lane that's controlled by a traffic signal light instead of a flagger. Otherwise I thought the road was about the same. I did notice a lot more potholes once you get west of Watson Lake. Probably because of all the rain.

I never, ever drive by without stopping at Double G at Muncho Lake. I am legitimately crushed when it's closed when I get there.
