I would like to know if anyone has had speakers or any other kind of sound system installed/replaced or modified on their car as I am having a problem with a back speaker crackling/popping in my car. It has a Bose system and sounds great, but I'd like to enjoy it to it's fullest extent. I'm not looking for wall shaking bass, just reliable products, installation and reasonable pricing. Window tinting service recommendations would also be greatly appreciated.Thank you.

I thought I'd resurrect this thread because the CD player in our car has started to eat CDs. I think the CD receiver needs replacement.

I was wondering if anyone out there has experience with any shops in and around ABQ that they can share?

Thanks Rich, Mesa was on my list of places to checkout, as well as Premier Sound.

Tell me how it turns out...

I use to replace/install my own radios, speakers etc, but sometimes it gets difficult like speakers on my mini-van, which need to be done...

Rich, I had the unit replaced at Mesa. They were quick and reasonably priced. I had a problem a couple of weeks afterward (stuck CD), they fixed it and showed me how it happened so it wouldn't happen again. I am pleased.
