I drive by the new "luxury" Hotel Parq Central often, and I never really notice many cars around. The EconoLodge across the street seems to be busier. There is Presbyterian Hospital nearby, and of course the UNM stuff, so I figured there should be a steadier crowd. Thoughts?

It seems like a lousy location for a luxury hotel. It would be nice to be able to walk out of your luxury hotel and walk into a moderately attractive environment.

From my understanding it isn't even a luxury hotel, just an interesting botique. Its location is far from desirable, but they have done some interesting work.

It gets stellar reviews. If you google it you can read all of the positives people have to say, particularly about their rooftop bar.
