It looks great! Thanks to all the locals and other regulars for posting.

I'm making my plans for 2014 right now. My wife and I have an RV and will be staying there. We have 2 kids (ages 2 and 4 by then) and an older (1995) 23' class C motorhome.

Any RV'ers (current or past) out there, please help me decide which option to choose. The fiesta has their own Facilities within easy walking distance of the Launch Field (shuttle also available).
The choices are:

STANDARD: $30.00 per night(dry camping)
PREMIUM: $65.00 per night(electricity with 20 Amps minimum and water provided)
VIP: $85.00 per night (dry camping adjacent to the Launch Field with entry passes included)
PRESIDENT'S COMPOUND :$150.00 per night (premier sites on a bluff overlooking the Launch Field with city water pressure and 30 Amp minimum electricity)

Placement amongst the RV park is at Balloon Fiesta’s discretion. They do "Rally Style" parking at all of our sites. Which is first come, first served. I can see on the map where each lot is, and they all sound like deceit options, but obviously some cost more than others. If anyone has stayed at one or more of these facilities, can you tell me any more about them than what is listed where or what the map shows> For example:

Is the view/access really a lot better at the pres. compound? (hookups are nice but not worth $65 extra by themselves)
What is the worst case scenario for a given area, in case rally-style isn't so kind to me? (I have a 23' class C)
Are there some other A++ options that I maybe missed? (I really don't want to have to drive or take a shuttle though unless the benefits of someplace else are really great)
Any other tips of wisdom to offer a first-time Ballon Fiesta family?

The Balloon Fiesta is something that a lot of jaded Albuquerqueans roll their eyes at.

But then they see a few dozen baloons hovering over head and how can you not smile at the wonder of it?!

It is certainly something to be proud of.
