Not many places that serve this nowadays, but where is the best Liver and Onions in Abq?

I haven't had it in a while ... but I loved Furr's Buffet liver and onions. I would go religiously to the one on Coors and I-40. They typically served it one day a week and I loved it. Cooked just right, with fat strips of sauteed onions. Cheap too. I'm sure alot of folks will knock Furr's, its not exactly haute cuisine. But man, I looked forward to the liver and onions. Great way to insure that you're getting enough iron in your diet too!

I have not seen this on many menus, but when I do, I order it. I love liver and onions.

Mimi's Cafe off I-25 at Jefferson does a great liver and onions dish.
