I passed by Coronado this morning about 9:00 am, headed westbound on Menaul, and Louisiana was completely blocked at Menaul. Police cars were farther down Louisiana, mostly between Cutler and America's Parkway. Anyone know what was up? I didn't see anything online in the news or at the TV stations (well, not yet anyway).
