I remember reading you left because one day you were shoveling snow and realized you could be basking in the warm sun elsewhere, sans snow. Although this photo is beautiful, I've come to learn what living in snow is like, and I understand your decision.

Still, wistfulness is in order. What a gorgeous place! I haven't even lived there, just stayed in VRBOs, but I already have a space in my heart for Placitas. Thanks for sharing.
