I'm sorry this happened to you. I went through this with a previous house, and it turns out it's very difficult--and expensive--to prove that the owners intentionally didn't disclose. Also, if you look at your inspection paperwork, you will probably find a clause saying something to the extent that your home inspection is not technically exhaustive, and possibly defects may go undiscovered, especially concealed defects, etc. I'm sorry to say that you may find it would save you much time, money, and aggravation if you simply paid for the repairs. Humor-wise, it also helps to rewatch "The Money Pit". :-D Of course, this was only my experience, and maybe you will have a better go of it!
