El Pinto (New Mexican cuisine) specifically has a gluten free menu, and Thai Vegan has a lot of gluten free choices.

I'm also gluten free. Here's some GF friendly places I visit often,
GF Friendly Grocery - Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Sunflower Market
GF Friendly Restaurants - Pizza 9, Paisano's, PF Chang's

I also have celiac's and have been wondering what ABQ would have to offer. (Hoping to relocate in the next year.) I read all the recomendation for Whole Foods etc, which is great, but does that mean the less expensive grocery stores don't stock GF? I guess I'm very spoiled here in WI, because ALL of our major grocery stores have TONS of GF products.

As far as restaurants, I'm really happy to have the recomendations, and hope that they are not only GF but GF to a standard that is safe for a celiac. That always takes a bit more research and a lot more questioning!

Very happy to have a jumping off point to start from, however! Thanks to everyone who contributed
