Well knowing horse people...there are only two kinds. Ones with more money than sense, and those that are always broke with just enough to happily afford such a great lifestyle.
So if you can design a center for the ones with excess money & for the city slickers who wanna dabble, if your intake is more than your outtake...by all means open the barn.
Unless you have a strong base of prospective clientèle, you'll be in the second category of horse people until you build your business. Good luck it'll be fun anyway!!
