I like to use the Stella Rosa semi sweet red for my sangria. I just get what fruit I can that is in season.

Just remember many fruits are high in carbs and even calories. Don't expect to lose much weight by switching but if you like a refreshing, slightly sweet drink go for it. Just watch how much of it you consume.

Too many carbs in wine for weight loss. Distilled spirits have no carbs.

Try vodka & DIET tonic, splash of lime juice...only one or 2 a day. Very refreshing for summer.
