Christmas may be over, but it’s still eggnog season in my book! I’ve also got a great bubbly drink perfect for ringing in the New Year!
Sandeman Brandy Eggnog
1 1/2 oz Brandy
1/4 oz Sandeman Tawny Port
3 1/2 oz Milk
3/4 oz Cream
1/4 oz Sugar Syrup
1 Egg Yolk
Nutmeg
Directions: Shake well over ice cubes in a shaker. Strain into a large highball glass over ice cubes.
Garnish: Sprinkle with nutmeg
Persephone Royale
5 oz Hiram Walker Pomegranate Liqueur
.5 oz Orange Juice
1 oz Beefeater 24 gin
2 oz of Jacob’s Creek Sparkling Moscato
Build ingredients in a martini glass and top with Jacob’s Creek Sparkling Moscato.
