I've got a nearly full bottle of this stuff, but can't quite figure out what or how to drink it. We're not fond of it straight or on the rocks, and using it in our rum and diet cokes seems such a waste. Suggestions anyone?

I can think of a couple things. First, try a Dark and Stormy. It's just a tall glass filled with ice, a, ounce and a half of rum, then filled with ginger beer, five to six ounces or so to taste. Of coursr, you should really buy a bottle of Gosling's to compare. You can try a selection of different ginger beers later.

The second is simply the tried and true tropical punch proportions: one part sour, two parts sweet, three parts strong, four parts weak. Mix together in a tall glass over ice one ounce lime juice, two ounces simple syrup or Falernum, three ounces of rum, and four ounces of water. If you don't wish to make simple syrup add an extra 3/4 ounce of water and sugar to taste. Garnish if and how you wish.
