Anything that uses fruit juice. But the best idea I've seen lately is my friend used frozen chunks of watermelon in any fruity drink instead of ice cubes. They look pretty and your drink doesn't get watered down.
I love mojitos, but I can only have one.
Mojitos are about as refreshing as it gets.
Gentlearts, my sister in law does the same thing, but with frozen pineapple instead of watermelon.

Yes, I have had that - also had other fruits "plugged" with alcohol.
Not bad, but seems like purely a party thing like Jello shots. Mostly novelty.
Also, too much alcohol in a weakly flavored melon can be horrible.
For some reason my current summertime drink (it has been summer here in TX for a while now) is high quality Tequila: straight.
Sangria is the greatest drink in the whole wide world. It makes me happy just thinking about it and now I'm going to have to go to the store to get the ingredients.
I just saw another great idea on Iron Chef. If you like dirty martinis (we do)..they froze a big fat olive on a pick, so the olive was frozen into a cube of olive brine, then put it into the martini to keep it cold.
I love fruit infused vodka. It's so yummy, takes a while though. So far we have done pineapple, lemon, lime, cherry and raspberry.
