Maybe I've seen this name before, but I only took notice of it recently. It is a standard herb used in Indian ayurvedic medicine, and one of its uses is as treatment for allergies.

Have any of you tried it?

Well, I ordered some and will report back.

I have read that it generally takes a while for it to work, when it does work.

I finally got this yesterday. They aren't kidding when they say this is a strong diuretic (which is not even why I am interested in using it). I would never take this again in the evening.

My head has gotten pretty bad over the last 24, so I'm going to stop this and come back to it later. It's probably just the allergies that were bothering me when I was on the way to pick this stuff up, but I am concerned the guduchi might be too drying.

But once this latest extreme sinus flare up blows over, I will give it another try. I may just take it once a day for a while.
