just small little dots on my 8 year old daughter. How do I treat it? they don't itch but she is allergic to something - probably the sunscreen that I put on her yesterday. I tried Benadryl cream - anything else?

Benadryl or something similar should work.

Hives would not be "small little dots" and it would be uncommon for it not to itch. Can you post a photo?

Hives, urticaria, is elevated wheals:
