Can't wait to read it...magnesium is an answer for SO many things.

I tell people after a deep deep massage...put 8 pounds of E Salts in a hot bath...stay there
at least 20 minutes.
Then you have the gallbladder cleansing with it, migraines, muscle cramps,
asthma relief...it's endless...now acne?

PS Yes,, I said 8 pounds or 2 boxes....it is amazing someone got relief from 2 cups.
2 cups is what a coach puts in a bucket to soak an ankle.
