Start drinking distilled water, room temp, with lemons sqeezed in...real lemons.
Absolutely, no coffee, fats of any kind right now, no spicey anything.
Buy apple juice and or tomato juice. And apples and tomatoes all for the mallic acid.
This is to start to relieve inflammation and to soften any stones or possible stones.

I can't tell you to do what I do or others, bec what if you have a blockage....
On line are so many discriptions of what I think are kinda harsh fast ways to empty the gall bladder.
If u find some, please use the most gentle approach you find...usually involving
Epsom Salts, olive oil, maybe heavy cream....after softening what is inside the GB with 3 days of
Apple juice....and very light, unflavorful eating.
Oh NO pepper....included in spicey no-nos. No alcohol, forgot.
Good luck...one guy I know whose whole family has their GB's removed...did an intense cleanse
with magnisium sulfate, Epsom salts, with good results...but would NEVER have advised him
to do that...he is the only one that cured himself during a painful attack, tho.
Too risky in case of a blockage.

One of the reasons that you get gall stones is because you do not eat enough fats and oils that would cause the gall bladder to empty.
I had stones years ago. I took Lecithin to dissolve them. If you do this start out slow with it, like a teaspoon full. If you take too much at one time it could cause them to crack.
There was a doctor ready and willing to remove my gall bladder....no way would I have this. Many, many years later I still have my gall bladder and have had no problems with it.
You have to change your eating habits.
